2018 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon-Petite Sirah

The Cabernet fruit came from our Estate Block 7 Vineyard. The deep, gravelly soils in this vineyard promote low to moderate vigor, encouraging the vines to produce rich, concentrated fruit. Water drains quickly in this soil which compels deep root growth for accessing water and nutrients found in the rich subsoils below. The Petite Sirah is from our Heritage Block 1 Vineyard with head?trained vines.
